Rubber Cutter Cutting/Bale Cutter Usage

用途：切丁(ding)苯标膠順丁(dīng)等膠料。

特點(diǎn)：1.切完之後，自(zì)動上升，操作(zuò)省時人性化(huà)。

      2.刀片材質特(te)别設計，切料(liao)利索。

使用說明(ming)：

公共設備電(diàn)力：電壓380V,50Hz。

主電(diàn)源線：2.5平方毫(háo)米  四芯線

1. 加(jia)68#  液壓油顯示(shi)油表至80%。液壓(yā)油一定要保(bǎo)持幹淨，油箱(xiang)不能有雜物(wu)進入，以免影(ying)響油泵，電池(chí)閥損壞。

2.  切料(liao)時手不要接(jie)近刀口。

3. 液壓(ya)油要按時更(geng)換（一般一年(nián)更換一次）。

4. 油(yóu)泵壓力不要(yào)随意調整，一(yī)般60kg可以正常(cháng)工作。

5. 自動檔(dang)按住啓動開(kāi)關2秒切刀自(zi)動下降自動(dong)上升。手動檔(dang)需長按啓動(dong)開關切刀下(xia)降，松開自動(dòng)上升。

INSTRUCTIONS:

Public equipment

Public equipment：Power: 380V,50Hz.

Host power line:  2.5mm² four-core

1. Add the 68# hydraulic oil until oil gauge reach to 80%.The hydraulic oil should be kept clean and no sundries in oil tank or it will break the oil pump and the electromagnetic valve and affect its durance.

2. Watch out when a bale cutter is working. Keep hands off when the knife is cutting.

3. Hydraulic oil should be renewed regularly (normally once per annum).

4. Do not arbitrarily adjust the pressure of the pump, the normal value being 60kg.

5. Automatic stop and press start switch 2 SEC automatic drop automatically increases. The manual gear should be long pressed to start the concern knife drop, loosen the automatic rise.
