CNC Cutting Machine

用途：用于橡(xiang)膠切條、切紙(zhi)等。

特點(diǎn)：1.裝有防(fáng)護裝置在使(shǐ)用時安全快(kuai)捷。

              2.上下(xià)切割，切料精(jing)準度高，最細(xì)可切至1mm.

　　　 3.采用(yòng)伺服電機加(jia)觸摸屏控制(zhì)，操作方便、高(gāo)效率。

使用說(shuō)明

公共(gong)設備電力：電(diàn)壓380V,50Hz。

主電源線：2.5平方毫米(mi)  四芯線

1. 機械運轉中(zhōng)手切勿接觸(chu)刀模及滾輪(lún)。

2. 橡膠片(pian)應該保持平(ping)整進料，防止(zhi)卡料。

3. 操(cao)作時不要雙(shuāng)層料同時切(qie)，以免燒壞電(diàn)機，發現送料(liào)滾筒卷料時(shi)，要及時關機(jī)清理，同時如(rú)有雜料在刀(dao)口工作部位(wei)要及時清理(li)幹淨，清理時(shí)務必斷開電(diàn)源來源。

4. 原料不能有(yǒu)鐵，石頭等雜(zá)物，如發現要(yào)清理幹淨，以(yi)免損傷刀片(piàn)。

5. 發現電(diàn)機有異聲，要(yao)停機檢查，鏈(liàn)條皮帶松動(dòng)要及時調整(zhěng)，螺絲松動要(yao)及時緊固。

6. 機台工作(zuo)時，手一定不(bu)要伸進裏面(mian)，如有問題，一(yi)定要停機解(jie)決。

7. 汽泵指針一(yī)般在3PMA左(zuǒ)右，太大或太(tài)小氣壓都會(huì)影響切膠效(xiào)果。

8. 如時間長，發(fa)現料切不斷(duan)

①調整刀(dao)口間隙。

②修整刀(dao)口，檢查刀口(kǒu)是否有損壞(huai)，如有損壞要(yao)及時修整。

9. 易損件部(bu)位要保持油(you)路暢通潤滑(huá)。

10. 新機台(tai)用少量粉撒(sa)在卷筒上，以(yi)免卷料。

11. 膠片進料有(you)跑偏需調整(zhěng)兩邊氣缸壓(yā)力。

Purpose: This machine is used for cutting the rubber, paper etc.

Advantage: 1.Equiped with safety cover to secure safety on working.

                   2. Up-down cut High accuracy. The minimum can be cut to1mm.  

                   3. Servo motor and touch screen control, easy to operate, high efficiency.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Public equipment：Power: 380V,50Hz.

Host power line:  2.5mm² four-core

1. Do not touch the cutter die and roller during the operation of the machine.

2. Rubber sheet should be kept flat to prevent material from sticking.

3. When operating, do not cut rubber in double-deck at one time, which will cause the MOTOR to be too hot and broken. If the Material-sending Roller can not run smoothly. Please shutdown at once; meanwhile, if there are odds and ends at knife edge, please clean up in time .Do stop the power before cleaning.

4. No iron or stone in the material; if any, take them, away at once, so as not to make the blade damaged.

5. Any unusual voice, stop and check. Adjust chains and screws if they are loose.

6. Do stop the machine when there is problem. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.

7. The indicator of the air pump is at about 3PMA. Too large or too small air pressure may have an effect on slicing.

8. After being operated for long time and the machine fails to cut off material. 

① Adjust the blade clearance.

② customer should adjust the knife and check whether the blade is damaged and need repairing.

9. Kept the wearing parts being smooth & lubricative.

10. New machine please add proper amount of powder to the Rooller to avoid material rolling and jammed.

11. If the film feed is out of alignment, adjust the cylinder pressure on both sides.
